Forest Hill Family Clinic is a private billing clinic and as such our consultation fees are:
Standard Consultation (15 minutes): $80
Longer Consultation (Up to 30 minutes): $120
You will receive a Medicare rebate of $39.75 for your standard appointment and $43.05 for your longer appointment
At Forest Hill Family Clinic, appointments for Concession card holders and children under the age of 16 years are bulk billed Monday to Friday. All appointments are privately billed on Saturdays.
At our discretion, we may offer bulk billing to some patients, depending on their circumstances.
To suit your schedule, Forest Hill Family Clinic is open at the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

When your health information is transferred for further care, it is sent via secure fax or secure message. For full history transfer to/from another clinic, you must sign a Medical History Request Form and if sent on the disc, it is sent via registered post.

We encourage you to have your annual flu shot as the flu vaccine changes yearly to keep up with the most common strains. Vaccination from mid-April onwards is likely to result in peak immunity during the flu season.
