Forest Hill Family Clinic has been selected to provide the COVID Vaccine. We will be commencing sometime in April. At this stage we will be only given 50 doses per week

Our aim is to vaccinate as many patients as possible in the shortest possible time. Only book when you are ready to have the vaccine. If you are unsure or you have questions about the vaccine, you should visit:
The initial phase 1b vaccine rollout is only for those aged 70 and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 55 and over, those aged 18-69 with certain chronic conditions and workers in target groups. Based on order of priority, we will shortly send out SMS invitations to book. When you receive that invitation, please book quickly as vaccine stocks will be limited. Right now, you can prepare by downloading our booking app so you are ready to book as soon as you receive the invitation.
